Family "In-Home" Services
Affirming our commitment to the well being of the community, the Hispanic Center Daniel Torres developed the In-Home Program in 1999 to provide specialized services to at-risk Latino families referred by Berks County Children and Youth Services. The program provides a systematic, continuous process by which children and parents are actively involved in planning the steps they can take to improve their lives and maintain their family unity through needs assessment, case management, supportive counseling, parenting training, transportation and accompaniment, referrals, supervised visits; etc. |
