This is what you will need:

  • Social Security number

  • Alien Registration Number (if not a citizen of the USA)

  • Most recent tax return (Form W -2)

  • Federal Aid PIN to sign electronically.

    • (If you do not have one, we can help!)

  • Email addresses of the student and parent (s)
